Reviewing Mitch's webcast

Mitch Schneider did something yesterday that no one else is doing for repair shops today. He took an hour out of his time at his shop, shut the door and unplugged the phone to talk to owners around the country.

We aired the first interactive hour-long webcast Wednesday afternoon on our online TV channel, AutoProLive. Mitch’s broadcast focused on issues in today’s shops as well as answers to questions from the audience. It was the first of many interactive chats, and it looks like it did help those who participated.

There were owners, organization execs and marketing people who listened to Mitch talk. Some posed questions, all of which were answered, while others shared ideas for topics they’d like to see Mitch address in coming weeks.

We here at Motor Age as well as Mitch want nothing but to get you guys the information you need to fix today’s vehicles better, faster and to improve your businesses in every way possible. This hour-long webcast is the newest way we’re doing that.

I thought about the uniqueness of the chat while I was watching it. No one else is doing this. It’s like going to a training course for free. Instead of going somewhere for a class, you can take some time – even if it’s not the whole hours – out of your day to learn something and get your questions answered.

Mitch knows what today’s owners are going through because he’s experiencing it, too. And if he’s not going through it now, chances are he did a few weeks, months or years ago. Each week (Wednesday at 1 p.m. EST to be exact), Mitch will log onto AutoProLive and talk with you. He’ll have some topics to discuss, but the biggest benefit for you is the chance you have to get answers, suggestions and help for what you’re facing.

You have questions. He has answers. This new webcast is the newest way to put the two together. Hope to see you Wednesday at www.MotorAge.com/Mitch.

  • Mitch and Pete,

Great job on the first event. The production was really smooth and suprisingly, no Livestream hicups. Mitch, the material was excellent as usuall and I hope everyone took a little nugget away with them. The chat box was busy, so people were engaging.

Look forward to seeing next weeks event.

    Thanks Guys,
