Where do I start? I've been involved with the automotive aftermarket for 12 years and five years ago was introduced to the world of collision repair. Earlier this year I was put in charge of e-media for the Advanstar Automotive Group. I'm sure you've guessed by now that we're completely devoted to online communication as a way of making life better for the automotive business sector. I've been a speaker at industry events (PBES, NACE and other functions) and served on various committees (AWDA's Store Operations Committee, the NACE Attendee Advisory Council and as an advisor to AAIA's PBES Committee). I'm a DIYer in both cars and houses. Love flipping houses when I get the chance. If there's a show about fixer-uppers I'm all over it.
